Claim Center gives customers claims info whenever and wherever they need it.

We're proud to announce the release of Claim Center, a new tool available to Homesite customers enrolled in our Online Servicing website portal that gives customers claims information whenever and wherever they need it.

Claim Center provides Homesite customers with personalized, up-to-date, claim information online. Using Claim Center, customers will now be able to complete the following tasks from any smart phone, tablet or computer:

  • Review the status of their claims*
  • Confirm the dollar amount, payment method, and status of their claim payments
  • Call or e-mail their claim adjuster with the click of a button
  • FAQs that associated with the type and status of their claim
  • Submit a claim online with the newly enhanced claim submission page
  • * All claims since Jan. 13, 2015

"Filing a claim can be stressful -- especially if it's a customer's first one," says Grace Hanson, Chief Claims Officer. "Claim Center was designed to anticipate customer questions and help them navigate each step of the process."

The simple, easy-to-use Claim Center interface makes following your claim from the initial filing through settlement easy. And, over the next year, Claims Center will continue to improve.
