TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, HOMESITE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
